The minimum age to rent a Personal Watercraft (Sea-Doo, Waverunner, or Jet Ski) is 19 years old with valid government-issued photo identification.
Operators 17–18 years of age may operate a Personal Watercraft only with a signed parental or legal guardian consent form.
The minimum age for kayak and paddleboard rentals is 12 years of age, with a parental or legal guardian signature required for renters under the age of 18.

A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (boater's license) must be presented, or the customer must complete Transport Canada's Safety Briefing Checklist prior to rental.
Gordons WaterSports Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any rental if, in its sole opinion, the operator is incapable of safely operating the equipment.
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement who possess a valid boater's license or have completed the safety briefing are permitted to operate the Personal Watercraft.
A $500 damage deposit hold is required for each Personal Watercraft rental.
This deposit will be placed as a temporary authorization on a valid credit card prior to the start of the rental. The authorization will be released after the equipment is returned and inspected, provided that no damage, policy violations, or additional charges have occurred.
The damage deposit does not limit the renter's financial responsibility. In the event of severe damage, loss, negligence, or misuse, the renter is responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement beyond the deposit amount.

Rain or overcast conditions alone will not normally result in cancellation.
Natural conditions including waves, currents, water clarity, water temperature, aquatic vegetation, floating debris, wildlife, visibility, and changing weather are beyond the control of Gordons WaterSports Inc.
These conditions do not constitute equipment failure and are not grounds for a refund, discount, or extension of a rental.

Violations may also result in provincial or federal charges, including dangerous or careless operation of a vessel.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental and additional charges.
Operating through seaweed, rocks, sand, debris, or shallow water may damage the intake, impeller, cooling system, or propulsion components.
Renters are instructed to avoid all visible hazards and operate only in safe water.
Damage resulting from operation through hazardous conditions, or continued operation after warning signs such as vibration, overheating, cavitation, or reduced performance, may result in repair costs, recovery fees, towing charges, and equipment downtime charges.

Additional charges may apply if recovery requires additional time, personnel, equipment, travel, or repairs.
Fuel is not included in the rental fee.
At the end of the rental period, the watercraft will be refueled by the marina fuel dock attendant, and the renter will be responsible for paying the cost of all fuel consumed during the rental.
Gordons WaterSports Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or water-damaged personal property brought onto the premises or carried aboard the rental equipment.
